CLIFF HOUSE 34 HAS UNMATCHED VIEWS OVER THE INDIAN OCEAN. THE VILLA FEATURES A LAP POOL (NOT HEATED) AND A LARGE HOT TUB. ON THE CLIFF EDGE THERE ARE TWO SEATING AREAS WITH FIRE PIT TO SOAK UP THE INCREDIBLE SUNSETS. ALL 4 BEDROOMS HAS FULL OCEAN VIEW WITH FRAMELESS GLASS STACKING DOORS. THE BEDROOMS EACH HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM AND BALCONY.

2 SPLIT LEVELS SEPARATE THE ENTERTAINMENT AREA WHICH CONSISTS OF AN OPEN PLAN KITCHEN WITH SEPARATE SCULLERY, INFORMAL DINING AREA WITH BUILT-IN STAINLESS-STEEL BRAAI AND DINING TABLE, FORMAL DINING ROOM, TV ROOM WITH JBL SOUND BAR AND FULL DSTV PLUS A SECONDARY LOUNGE WITH ROCAL FIREPLACE. THE SERVICE

INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE IS A BASIC CLEANING SERVICE BETWEEN 11H00 AND 13H00 EXCEPT ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

WOOD AND FIRE LIGHTERS PROVIDED. BASIC STARTER PACK WITH DISHWASH LIQUID, DISHWASHER TABLETS, AND WASHING POWDER. We also provide a starter pack with coffee and tea, and 1lt long life milk.

Any additional requests will be charged accordingly.

The location 

Cliff House 34 is situated on a cliff edge facing the ocean on the famous heads in KNYSNA. You can submerse yourself in the sounds of the crashing waves, watch whales and of course our famous ocean sunsets between November and January every year.
